Triton Gold Ltd (ACN 126 042 215) ("Company") has produced a prospectus in connection with its listing on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") ("Prospectus") and has lodged the Prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC") on 26 June 2009. The Prospectus is for the offer of 25,000,000 shares at an offer price of 20 cents per share and 12,500,000 free attaching Options on 1 for 2 basis at an exercise price of 25 cents with an expiry date of 31 December 2013 to raise $5,000,000 with the right to accept oversubscriptions of up to an additional $1,500,000 ("Offer").
The Prospectus is subject to an exposure period of 7 days from the date of lodgement with ASIC. This period may be extended by ASIC for a further period of up to 7 days. The purpose of this exposure period is to enable the Prospectus to be examined by market participants prior to the raising of funds as such examination may result in the identification of deficiencies in the Prospectus. If the Prospectus is found to be deficient, then applications that were received during the exposure period will be dealt with in accordance with section 724 of the Corporations Act (2001) (Cth) ("Corporations Act"). Any applications received during the exposure period will not be processed until after the expiry of the exposure period.
The expiry date of the Offer is 13 months after the date of the Prospectus (unless closed earlier).

LODGEMENT OF PROSPECTUS WITH ASIC
The paper form of the electronic Prospectus accessible through this website has been lodged with ASIC.
An application for shares pursuant to the Offer can be made by either:
- printing and completing the relevant Application Form attached to or accompanied by the electronic Prospectus; or
- completing the relevant Application Form attached to or accompanied by a paper form of the Prospectus;
and then lodging the form and the application monies in accordance with the details set out in the Prospectus and the Application Form.
The Corporations Act prohibits the distribution of the Application Form unless such Application Form is included in a copy of the Prospectus or is accompanied by a copy of the Prospectus.

The Company commissioned and subsequently received the following independent reports for inclusion in the Prospectus, namely an Independent Solicitors Report, two Independent Geologists Reports and an Independent Metallurgists Report ("Reports").
The Company lodged the paper form of the Reports with ASIC on 26 June 2009 in conjunction with the Prospectus. The Reports lodged with ASIC are taken to be included in the Prospectus pursuant to section 712 of the Corporations Act.
